Reports to: Executive Assistant
Schedule: 24 hours per week, flexible schedule
Note: Required attendance at Tuesday morning and evening client classes. Occasional weekend events.
Position Overview
The Community Relations and Programs Coordinator helps build relationships within the community while supporting Hope Clinic’s client programs. This role involves connecting with donors, churches, and community partners, assisting with client classes, and representing Hope Clinic at outreach and fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities
Client Programs
Assist with Hope Clinic’s Legacy classes held Tuesday mornings and evenings
Support and occasionally lead client Bible studies or devotions
Receive, organize, and maintain baby boutique inventory
Assist with client program volunteers
Build supportive relationships with clients
Community Engagement
Maintain and update the clinic’s community resource list
Visit local organizations, clinics, and churches to share about Hope Clinic
Maintain relationships with church partners
Represent Hope Clinic at outreach events and informational tables
Assist with fundraising events such as the annual Walk for Hope, banquet, and baby bottle campaign
Additional Duties
Attend staff meetings
Work with supervisor to develop and review goals
Maintain confidentiality regarding clients and donors
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Comfortable engaging with new people and building relationships
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Associate’s degree or college degree preferred
Faith Requirements
A committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Agreement with Hope Clinic’s mission, Statement of Faith, and policies
Commitment to serving others with compassion, love, and respect for the sanctity of human life
