Steffani has been the Clinic Manager/Sonographer since the doors opened in 2015. She is a founding board member of Hope Clinic, formerly known as Pregnancy Choices. She received her degree as a radiology technologist from Copiah-Lincoln and her Sonography training at Jones County Junior College.
Steffani also earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and Ethics. Her experience includes working previously at Forrest General Hospital and Hattiesburg Clinic. She has two beautiful and very full of life children, Josiah and Lillian.
Steffani never imagined the journey that God would take her on to help establish Hope Clinic. Even before she was born, God was working through her family. Steffani’s grandmother was actually encouraged to take her mother for an abortion; obviously she did not. When Steffani was two years old, her grandmother was told by that same person that they were so glad she did not listen to them. One of the most important events of her life happened at the age of eleven. She had the opportunity to watch an ultrasound of her baby brother. From that day forward, she knew she would work with pregnant women. Later, she would find herself sitting at her kitchen table with a previous founding board member, Jamie Richards, making plans and praying about how to serve those facing unplanned pregnancies in their community. God would use all of these experiences to answer those prayers and place Steffani with like-minded individuals to establish Hope Clinic. What began as one couples unplanned pregnancy has culminated in a ministry that now affects hundreds of women and children. Steffani's desires are to be a support for women and a voice for children much like her family and friends were for her own mother and father during their time facing an unplanned pregnancy.
