Courtney is from Petal, MS where she still resides with her husband, Zachary, and their daughter, Emma Drew. She holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Jones County Junior College. Her work experience includes time spent at Forrest General Healthcare Foundation, Hattiesburg Clinic, and Visit Hattiesburg, where she was able to use and grow her skills in fundraising, event planning, and creative design.

Since becoming a mother, she has seen the joys and struggles of parenting and has often thought about the difficulty women face in an unplanned pregnancy and having to go through it alone. This has inspired her and her husband to become supporters of Hope Clinic and work as volunteers. Courtney believes that making an impact in the lives of those who are going through an unplanned pregnancy is about loving them, providing for them, and encouraging them in difficult times. It is her desire for God to use her time at Hope Clinic to support women and make a meaningful impact for His kingdom
