Tiffany Ross, MS, MFT, Ed.S, Ph.D

Tiffany Ross is from Pelahatchie, Mississippi, a small town where she also graduated from high school. She became a teen mother at the age of 16 and later graduated from high school. At the age of 18, she became the mother of 2 and had to drop out of college to find a job with just a high school education. Feeling hopeless and like her future was fading away, she decided to re-enroll in college and transferred to The University of Southern Mississippi, a life-long dream.

With the ability to live in student apartment housing on campus, and a newly found relationship with The Savior, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Studies (2006) and Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (2010). In 2013, she decided to continue her educational pursuits at William Carey University, where she obtained a Specialist Degree in Higher Education Administration and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration. She has worked with a variety of populations and has over 10 years of combined experience in the social science and mental health fields, with emphasis on children, adolescents, and substance abuse. Her passion is seeing lives transformed and individuals living out their life’s purpose.

She felt an obligation to do what Jesus instructed Simon Peter to do in Luke 22:32 (NIV), to pray that others don't give up the fight and once they overcome, to help others do the same. She has always desired to use her education to help others who were emotionally hurt and stuck, due to their life experiences. It was then that she embarked on the journey of sowing truth into the lives of women and discovered Hope Clinic, where she began volunteering as a Care-Coordinator. Shortly after, a part-time care-coordinator position became available and Tiffany joined the Hope Clinic team. She is excited to work in an environment where truth, value, and hope are evident in serving the population we serve and to the community. Her greatest accomplishments have been marrying her very supportive husband, 3 wonderful boys, and her supportive and encouraging family.
